Most people that we know either stayed home or went to someones house to watch the Super Bowl. Since we didn’t have anywhere to go we walked over a The Cheerful Tortoise a few blocks from the apartment. I was sporting my Raven’s pull-over.

I saw this sign hanging on the wall near the bathroom.
And during the middle of the game they were handing out Cheerful Bucks!
We sat at a table next to a girl who told me her family has been San Francisco 49ers fans forever. She shared this picture with me of her and her dad back in the 90′s.
