When I did the posting about our house the other day I forgot to talk about something really cool. If you go look back at the pictures you will notice that we have an upper deck. You can get to the upper deck from both outside and inside. It connects to a room upstairs that will eventually be our library (does anyone want to come help JP build the bookshelves?). If you are at our house when its dark be sure to visit the upper deck because the view is amazing. You can see so the lights of the city and even the dowtown skyline. We need to work on photographing it but for now here is a rough example. We were told by the previous owners that on July 4th and New Years Eve we will be able to see LOTS of fireworks!
